Founded in 1989 by Lucas Weber and Grace Webber, Terravex Solutions has grown into a leading force in construction engineering. What began as a shared vision between a skilled civil engineer and an exceptional business strategist has become a respected name synonymous with innovation, precision, and client satisfaction.
Lucas Weber, a visionary civil engineer Miami, FL. Earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Berlin. Upon returning home, he set out to redefine industry standards in construction. With Grace Weber’s outstanding organizational skills and financial expertise, the pair built Terravex Solutions from the ground up, laying a strong foundation for long-term success.
Over the past 35 years, Terravex has delivered numerous landmark projects, earning a reputation for excellence, sustainability, and creative problem-solving. In 2020, the company embraced technological advancement by integrating remote and part-time professionals into its operations. This strategic shift enabled Terravex to broaden its reach without compromising its commitment to quality.
Though Grace has since passed, her legacy continues to inspire everything we do. In her honor, Lucas now dedicates his time to mentoring the next generation of engineers, ensuring the values on which Terravex was founded remain deeply rooted in our work.

About Our CEO

Lucas Weber, a visionary civil engineer and the founder of Terravex Solutions, has dedicated over 40 years to revolutionizing the construction industry. Born and raised in Miami, Lucas earned his BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Berlin before returning home to pursue his passion for innovative and sustainable construction. Starting Terravex in 1995, Lucas combined technical expertise with a commitment to quality, earning the company a reputation for excellence. Now in the final stages of his career, Lucas is overseeing his last project before transitioning into mentorship, ensuring the next generation of engineers carries forward his legacy of innovation and precision.

Grace Weber’s Legacy

Grace Weber, co-founder of Terravex Solutions, was instrumental in building the company from the ground up. She brought exceptional organizational skills and financial acumen, taking primary responsibility for administration, finance, and operations with meticulous care. Her expertise ensured not only the company's fiscal health but also fostered its collaborative culture and operational excellence. Grace's dedication and sharp attention to detail were crucial in establishing Terravex's reputation for delivering innovative, financially viable projects, leaving a lasting legacy on its success.
